Hotel Rooms

Once you have entered your desired check-in and check-out date, number of persons in the “Check Rates” box located at the right top of the website, the screen will prompt to you the available room type, package and rates. Kindly be informed that all rates shown are in NETT and inclusive of prevailing taxes.

The rate only includes the net room charge which includes the Service Charge. Although Fair Park Hotel Ipoh does not have its own F&B outlet, any request on food catering can be arranged for groups.

Guest Services

Housekeeping services is available 24 hours every day.  There will be room cleaning every day except on the day of check-in. You may indicate otherwise using the DO NOT DISTURB or NO MAKE-UP ROOM card.

Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Should you need to extend your stay or request for late check-out, kindly inform the reception. Extension of stay is subject to room availability and there’s an extra charge for late check-out.

A wireless internet connection is available free of charge on every floor. We do not take responsibility if there’s disruption from TM-Unifi supply.

There are various F&B cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel offering Westerner, Halal Malay and Chinese breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hotel guests are able to park their cars at a car park beside the hotel. Guest has to display the Car-Park card given upon check-in for waiver of car park fee.

Payment

The hotel accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards, Touch n Go and Direct-transfer to hotel bank account. Deposit can be paid in cash or Touch n Go.

It depends on the Online Travel Agents (OTA) such as Agoda, Traveloka, Booking.com which you made the reservations. It’s normal that the OTAs accept payment upon reservation. If the reservation is from the website, it will be credited upon booking too.

The hotel will charge your credit card upon check-in for room charge, and upon check-out if there’s any additional payment that needed to be made.

A refundable deposit of RM50 must be paid upon check-in. Failure to pay deposit will deny the guest access to the room. The deposit will be forfeited if there’s smoking smell detected in the room or any stain on linen, damage or loss of items upon check-out.

Reservation / Booking

You will be provided with a booking confirmation number in an email format sent to the your email with the room details.

In the event that you wish to change or cancel your reservation, you may contact the OTA or hotel website booking by quoting your reservation number.

Cancellation / Refund

Cancellation or amendment is allowed from 24 hours prior to arrival date (property’s local time), otherwise penalty on first night charges will apply. Same applies to no-show.

Every room rate has a different policy with reference of cancellation or amendment to the reservation.  

A non-refundable cancellation policy means that the room charge will not be refunded to the guest regardless of the cancellation date.. 

Free cancellation means hotel offers free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in date. There will be a small admin charge charged.
