"This hotel is located centrally in ipoh near the sports stadiums, and some of the rooms have undergone renovation. The lobby has also has new design based themes and looks fresh and artistic. I stayed in one of the Art Rooms and found it clean, spacious and equipped with furniture (there's an armchair). The bathroom is clean and well-maintained as well. The wifi connection could've been better was adequate. Overall in terms of value of money I found this a great stay."
"I've stayed here a few times when I'm in Ipoh. The best by far because of their location that is quite to stay in but convinient to get to any part of town. They have good clean & spacious rooms. The staffs are very accomodating & friendly. The hotel hv their own parking as well, so that is convinient & safe. They do have breakfast options if you wanted breakfast at the hotel.
Overall this hotel is a good place for you to stay if you planned to venture into Ipoh town & the area surrounding it. With competitive price (and they do have promotions fr time to time) and good location, it is an ideal hotel for your next trip to Ipoh."
"This is a nice little quaint old hotel in lesser-known part of W. Malaysia. No fuss checking in, very friendly and prompt staff who attended to all our needs - service with a smile. The room is clean and spacious, sheets are clean and the toilet is clean too. Oh, and there's free wifi throughout the hotel/lobby. What more to ask for? Will definitely return when we visit Ipoh again!"
"From the outside, Fair Park Hotel seems to be a big budget hotel. Although the way to the rooms is a little confusing, I was amazed at the design of the lift which normally look mundane for all hotels. The lift at the back of the hotel (not the hotel lobby) was a showcase for tourist in Ipoh. The leaning tower interest me as a tourist, and the water rafting on one of the floors interest my teenage sons. So far, the only impression of Ipoh is an eating town. One of the staff even bother to explain the tourist places on the lift for all the floors. Great service!
Superior room is comparably big as compared with the new hotel rooms which provides only walking space. For the price, I would recommend all travellers to Ipoh."
